We are pleased to announce CLEAN’s first UK sports sponsorship, a new partnership with our local club, Cheltenham Town Football Club, known to its supporters as the ‘Robins’ or ‘Town’. For the 2025/26 season, we will serve as the club's first-ever Official Clean Sheet Sponsor and the Business Player Sponsors for the first-team goalkeepers.
This partnership is rooted in our commitment to the local community and our belief in supporting organisations that value teamwork and dedication.

What is a “Clean Sheet”?
In football, a "clean sheet" is a respected achievement. It describes a match in which a team concedes no goals, a result that depends on the consistent effort of every player, particularly the goalkeepers and defenders. This focus on reliability and high standards is something we understand well. By providing dependable laundry services, we help ensure teams are always prepared, allowing them to concentrate on their performance on the pitch. Plus, we know a thing or two about clean sheets; we are trusted to deliver millions of them to customers every year.
A Local Partnership with a Global Foundation
While this is our first sports sponsorship in the UK, it is part of a broader approach established by our parent company, Alsco Uniforms, which has a long history of supporting sports teams internationally. This global experience is built on helping organisations manage the practical challenges crucial to success.
For example:
- In the USA, Alsco Uniforms sponsors the mop crews for NBA teams such as the Philadelphia 76ers, Sacramento Kings, and Indiana Pacers. This support involves providing mops to keep the courts safe during fast-paced games and stocking venues like Golden 1 Center with essential supplies. They also support Delta Center in Salt Lake City, home to the Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club, by delivering restroom products, first aid supplies, and clean linens. This helps the venue manage over 320 event days a year, allowing their staff to handle challenges like high guest traffic and hygiene maintenance, ensuring operations run smoothly.
- In New Zealand, Alsco Uniforms sponsors and provides services to the National Stadium Eden Park. It has been a partner of Wellington Phoenix FC since 2017, supplying towels for the men's and women's players at their training facility. In Germany, Alsco is a business partner of Bundesliga club 1. FC K?ln, providing services to enhance the VIP experience at home games. This season, Alsco also becomes the name sponsor of the Alsco Women's Handball Bundesliga.
